Salary Range: $200K-$220K/annum base Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter with strong expertise in the Oil & Gas industry. The role demands a proven track record of new business acquisition, consultative selling, and leading digital/IT transformation deals. You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities while expanding footprint in strategic Oil & Gas accounts. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities within the Oil & Gas vertical. Revenue Growth: Drive sales pipeline, lead pursuits, and achieve revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling. Executive Engagement: Build and nurture C-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, COOs) to position technology and digital solutions addressing clients core business priorities. Consulting-Led Sales: Partner with domain experts, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft differentiated digital transformation solutions for areas such as customer experience, logistics optimization, digital booking, and operations. Market Penetration: Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to establish presence and generate leads. Account Development: Expand wallet share in existing Oil & Gas accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, ensuring sustainable long-term partnerships. Sales Governance: Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and regularly update leadership on progress against growth objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven sales hunter with experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales. Strong domain knowledge in Oil & Gas industries. Track record of building C-level relationships and closing large, complex deals. Ability to work in a consultative, solution-led selling model, collaborating with delivery and technical teams. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
