As a patient, long-term investor-operator, it aims to build significant enterprise value through both organic growth and acquisition.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visitAnticipate guest needs and note any preferences provided by the guestPrepare all drinks for retail and dining room, including batches for the retail counterProperly bag, box, and arrange to-go food and pastryPerform sales transactions in accordance with Le Pain Quotidien cash handling policyMaintain and consolidate pastry display throughout the dayMaintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail itemsHandle any guest situations with genuine empathy and elevate to a manager as necessaryComplete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; complete daily checklist and side work assignmentsKeep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklistsResponsible for answering the phone with proper etiquette; takes orders over the phoneQualifications1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or trainingExperience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not requiredAbility to be cross-trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferredAbility to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work locationBenefitsEnrollment in Company-contributed health coverage planAccrued Paid Time Off401k with up to 4% match after ninety (90) days of employmentPre-tax commuter benefits (in applicable States)Team member discounts at all our brandsThe hourly pay range (plus tips, when eligible) is:$16.50 - $22.00Convive Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
