We have been awarded as one of the Best Places to Work in 2021 and for many years prior.What you'll do:Design and building plan layout for complex multi-family and mixed use projects. Must be able to translate project programmatic requirements, building code requirements and zoning requirements into efficient project designs / layoutsCorrespond with Owners to ensure that critical project requirements are being addressed in project designsResearch zoning requirements for project sites. Ensure that Zoning requirements are implemented within final designsContribute to the development of the design from initial concept to construction administration, ensuring that the design intent is consistent and properly executedCoordinate and collaborate with the design leadership regarding project deliverables, and schedules.What you need to bring:Have a positive attitude with a sense of humorHave a good understanding of building codes of architectural building systems and zoningAbility to multi-taskMust be detail oriented and flexible while working on multiple projectsExcellent time management, written, and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and follow-through ability with minimal direct supervisionExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, or similar applications a plusMore than 5 years of design experience in Multi-family, mixed-use projectsBachelor's degree from a four or five-year accredited college or university
