This role spans all phases of the design process, from early programming and conceptual design through construction administration, and involves close collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.Top candidates are self-motivated professionals who thrive in a studio environment, enjoy managing complex work, and are excited about stepping into leadership and mentorship responsibilities.What You'll DoLead interior design projects of varying sizes and complexity from concept through completionProvide team leadership, including overseeing and mentoring junior designersCollaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clientsParticipate in design development, construction documentation, and construction administrationServe as a technical resource with strong knowledge of codes, detailing, contracts, and project managementManage client relationships and, as needed, contribute to fee estimates, proposals, and contractsOversee FF&E specification, procurement, budgeting, and coordinationSupport a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team cultureWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureMinimum of 10 years of professional interior design experienceAbility and intent to obtain licensure or NCIDQ certification in the futureExperience managing large-scale projects and/or multiple concurrent projectsA portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and executionHigh proficiency in RevitRendering experience (Enscape preferred)Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience developing and managing budgetsProven ability to mentor and guide project team membersSelf-directed, proactive, and solutions-oriented work styleStrongly PreferredWorkplace project experienceA demonstrated commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive team environment
