In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming how brands connect with their audiences through personalized, data-driven creative experiences. As a Senior Creative Specialist at Monks, you will collaborate with our stellar team to lead dynamic creative projects and advance creative campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a consultative role, where you will advise clients on how to harness DCO technology solutions and gen AI to optimize their creative performance and drive value. Clients rely on our team for strategic insights into the creative personalization landscape, coupled with our deep platform expertise, to deliver impactful results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with DCO creative platform experts, account management/sales, as well as creative talents such as designers, developers, and copywriters.You will leverage your expertise to architect, implement, and optimize DCO campaigns, bridging the gap between media, creative, data, and strategy. This hands-on role offers the unique opportunity to not only analyze creative performance but also to directly influence creative content production through automation and scalable solutions. If you thrive on connecting insights to action, this is your chance to shape future creative campaigns with top clients.Responsibilities:Grow and scale the data-driven creative services team by supporting DCO, creative automation, and other content production initiativesArchitecting and executing data-driven, omnichannel dynamic creative campaigns (DCO)Managing all aspects of creative production for display, video, and social campaigns from client scoping to creative production managementSupporting development of data-driven creative production briefsLeading client-facing reporting calls and producing client-facing reports, and owning the accountsDiscussing and presenting creative performance insights to both internal teams and client stakeholders.Interpreting, analyzing and making recommendations against campaign and database metrics.Monitoring and analyzing creative performance for multiple paid media channels (ex. Display, Video, Social) through review of reporting dashboards and analysis.Analyzing data from historical campaigns & measuring the effectiveness of new creative strategies and activations.
