If you are passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and educational space for infants and toddlers, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers- Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and communicate findings with parents and team members- Support the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment- Follow licensing regulations and center policies to ensure compliance and safety standardsJoin our vibrant team dedicated to nurturing the next generation. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a commitment to creating a positive impact on children's lives.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or childcare setting- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)- Ability to lift and carry young children and perform physical activities related to caregiving- Bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred.Salary Description $17.47-$21.00/hour
