We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a commitment to creating a positive impact on children's lives.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or childcare setting- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)- Ability to lift and carry young children and perform physical activities related to caregiving- Bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred.Salary Description $17.47-$21.00/hour
