LPA is seeking a passionate Entry Level Landscape Architectural Designer to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. What you will do: Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPAAssist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignmentsPrepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documentsAssist in research for product and construction methods related to projectsReview and process construction administration documentsAttend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordinationWhat we will do: Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projectsProvide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development processEducation opportunities including LPA+U, LPA Tech Talks and Lunch and LearnsEntry-Level Landscape Architectural Designer Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture0-2 years of experience in all phases of Landscape architecture projectsExperience with AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is preferredEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsCommitted to building a long-term professional careerLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.
