Essential Job Duties Assists in performing preventive maintenance and general upkeep and repairs inside and outsideCleans restroomsOperates pressure washer and other cleaning equipmentHelps with event set-up and tear-downPerforms routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management teamPerforms related duties as assigned Typical RequirementsEducation and Experience:Elementary school graduation and at least three years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education and related work experience.Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:Must possess a valid driver's license.Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to lift and move heavy articles. Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment. Ability to work weekends. Ability to work under adverse weather conditions.
