Division Controller

Headfarmer is partnering with a global, publicly traded technology organization in the manufacturing/industrial space to assist them in finding an experienced Divisional Controller to lead the financial operations of its U.S. subsidiary. This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting executive decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and operational excellence. What you will do: Lead monthly close and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning Manage cash flow, liquidity, invoicing, and collections Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS Coordinate tax filings and internal/external audits Provide financial insights to executive leadership Lead and develop a team of 3-4 in the Bay area Partner cross-functionally to align financial and business goals What you will have: Bachelor`s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred; MBA a plus) Proven experience working as a Controller in an industrial company Demonstrated hands-on approach to managing AP, AR, and P&L budgeting/reporting Experience serving as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders such as Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Services Strong U.S. GAAP and IFRS expertise Demonstrated leadership and analytical capability What you will get: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Leadership role within a growing, globally connected technology business Collaborative, high-performance culture Opportunities for professional growth and global exposure To be immediately considered for this exceptional opportunity, APPLY NOW!
