Title: Sales Manager - Chemical Manufacturing Location: MUST LIVE IN: MA, RI, NJ, NY, PA, GA or NC (HOME OFFICE ROLE) + Midwest StatesHourly: $150,000-$200,000/YEAR DOE + Bonus and Benefits Requirements for Applicant: 5+ Years in a Sales Manager role, with experience in CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING. Candidate will have experience in: CASE Textile Products, Packaging, Blister, Paper, and or Barrier Coatings for a large-scale Industrial Manufacturing Company. -Candidate will have 6+ Years in Chemical Resin Sales/Paint Coatings and Packaging Market. Working Hours: Monday -Friday + Remote Role (HOME OFFICE) for the right candidate with up to 70% Travel Across the United States and Canada. What You Will Be DoingLeading commercial development across the region in alignment with the Director of Surface Treatment and the Regional Manager.Main focus on resins (Polyurethane Dispersions and Acrylic Dispersions), additives (mainly Rheology Modifiers, Dispersing Agents, Polymeric Matting Agents like PU Beads and PMMA Beads). Explore, Identify and develop new market opportunities with the support of Product Managers & application support laboratories.Defining and executing pricing and go-to-market strategies.Managing and expanding key customer relationships through tailored account plans.Define and implement the level of technical service support required for business development activities.Supporting strategic growth initiatives by working cross-functionally with product managers, technical labs, and marketing teams.Monitoring KPIs and participating in regular business reviews.As well as, & not limited to: Grow revenues and profitability in the Surface Treatment business.Identify new market opportunities and oversee business development plans.Maintain strong alignment with the overall business strategy and regional goals.Represent the company in the market as a thought leader and solution provider.Lead technical-commercial discussions with clients, ensuring value proposition delivery.Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate levels of customer support.What You Need for this Position5+ years of sales experience in Paints, Resins, Coatings, Adhesives, or Packaging industries.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or Marketing.Proven track record in strategic sales, business development, and market analysis.Experience in working with polyurethane and acrylic dispersions, rheology modifiers, dispersing agents, and polymeric matting agents (PU/PMMA beads).Willingness to travel across the USA and Canada to engage directly with clients.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.What's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!If interested, can you provide an updated resume & pay requirements to KELLY.TAYLOR@
