This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout while ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering complex, fast-paced, mission-critical or heavy industrial projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate large subcontractor teams in demanding environments.This is a 100 percent traveling position supporting national projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations for assigned projects including site logistics, scheduling, safety, quality, and productivityOversee daily activities of subcontractors, foremen, and site personnelEnforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsCoordinate closely with the Project Manager, client representatives, engineers, and inspectorsManage project schedules, anticipating challenges and proactively resolving conflictsEnsure work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and local codesConduct regular site meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and safety briefingsMonitor and maintain quality control standards including inspections and documentationReview and track field production, manpower, and equipment usageSupport commissioning, turnover, and closeout processes for mission-critical systemsMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, progress photos, and field documentationServe as the companys on-site representative, maintaining strong client relationshipsRequired Qualifications7 to 10 or more years of superintendent experience on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projectsDirect experience on data center, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facilities preferredStrong understanding of MEP systems, concrete, steel, and complex building assembliesProven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multi-phased schedulesDeep knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencingDemonstrated leadership and communication skillsAbility to travel extensively and work extended schedules as requiredProficient with construction technology such as Procore, scheduling software, and tabletsPreferred ExperienceExperience with hyperscale or colocation data centersMission-critical or high-security project environmentsGround-up construction projects valued at 50M or moreLean construction or advanced scheduling practicesOSHA 30 required, OSHA 500 a plusBenefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
