This role ensures production runs smoothly by preparing materials, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the setup and breakdown of printing presses for production runs * Prepare materials including paper, ink, and printing plates as required * Monitor press operations and support the lead press operator with adjustments * Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and feed * Perform quality checks on printed materials to identify errors or defects * Maintain pressroom cleanliness and organize tools, materials, and supplies * Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment * Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment * Record production data and report equipment issues to supervisors * Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications: * Prior experience in a manufacturing or print production environment preferred * Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs * Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required * Good communication and teamwork skills Work Environment: * Fast-paced production floor * Exposure to loud noise, ink, solvents, and moving machinery * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Buena Park CA 3162
