Residential & Commercial Painter

If this sounds like you, apply today! * Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers * Repair small drywall patches * Maintain a neat and tidy work area * Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan, to be considered for this position * Minimum 1-2 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial preferred) * Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and proper use of brushes, rollers, and sprayers * Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and scaffolding * Experience with drywall patching, sanding, caulking, taping, and priming surfaces * Understanding of different paint types and finishes, including interior/exterior applications * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Ability to follow job site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE * Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions * Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients and coworkers * Willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule year-round
