The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, and deep knowledge of FSO workflows for financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow FSO module solutions for financial operations processes. Develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows in ServiceNow. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. Implement ServiceNow best practices for configuration, development, and security. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications (APIs, REST, SOAP). Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior ServiceNow developers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow development. Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs within ServiceNow. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules. Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, and security. Strong integration experience with external systems and data sources. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - FSO. Experience in Banking/Capital Markets domain. Knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery.
