Rooted in California and committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation, we're proud to honor our heritage while shaping the future of winemaking.Role Summary: The Brand Ambassador will work closely with the Events & Sponsorship Department to execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about wine, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.Understand and communicate the brand's message, mission, and goalsCollaborate with the Events & Sponsorship Department to execute campaigns and strategiesEducate customers, retailers, and distributors about our productsDrive sales through in-store dry and wet demosBuild strong rapport with customers and vendorsMonitor customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Events & Sponsorship teamRepresent the company at product launches, events, and trade showsParticipate in brainstorming sessions, trainings, and workshopsMaintain a consistently positive and professional brand imageEducation, Experience, & Skills RequiredMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceWSET Level 1 certification preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, approachable, and outgoing personalityWorking knowledge of social media platforms and toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAdaptable with the ability to prioritize tasksAbility and willingness to travelMust be punctual, self-motivated, and professional at all timesAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAvailability to work Saturdays and SundaysReliable transportation and valid driver's license requiredMust be 21 years of age or olderBilingual skills are a plusAdditional RequirementsCurrent valid driver's license with no DWI offensesNo illegal drug useSome positions may require residence in specific geographic areas (identified during recruitment or employment)Must have reliable transportationMust comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the alcoholic beverage industryUphold the highest ethical business standards and fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the company and its customersPay Range$25-$27 USDAt Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
