Detailer & Buffer Body ShopALL Crane Service, LLC Brook Park, OH Position SummaryALL Crane Service LLC has an opportunity for a Detailer & Buffer to work on mobile canes, heavy duty trucks, trailers, and various construction related equipment in a body shop environment. Previous experience with detailing and buffing is preferred but we are willing to train the right detail-oriented person. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package. Essential FunctionsWash, detail and buff cranes, trucks and other construction equipmentUsing power tools, waxes, cleaning solvents, protective coatings, etc. to restore and protect metal surfacesPerforming specific duties as requested: wet sand to remove scratches, buff dull areas, removing water spots, etc.Keeping shop area neat, clean and organized, following all safety procedures and requirementsMay assist in prepping metal surfaces for painting Other duties as assignedSkills and Experience RequirementsHas knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in detailing and buffing operationsMust be able to stand and walk around for long periods of timeMust be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on heavy construction equipment to gain access to different areasComfortable and physically able to work with/on ladders, work stands, and at various heightsShould be able to lift up to 50 poundsAble to work 40 hours a week and overtime as neededBenefitsCompetitive wages.Paid Time Off and Holidays.Comprehensive Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance).401(k) retirement plan with company match.ALL Family of CompaniesThe ALL Family of Companies and its affiliated branches are Equal Opportunity Employers with competitive wage and benefits packages in a drug-free environment.
