Sales Recruiting Manager - Team Lead We are looking for a dynamic Sales Recruiting Manager to be a team lead for an international media company at their HQ in Arlington, VA. Includes on-site cafeteria and gym with parking available directly under the building. Must Have: Must be fully vaccinated. In-Office Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis: You will work on hiring and managing an enterprise sales team of 2 experienced sales recruiters Build relationships with the business and business leaders in a collaborative and very communicative culture. You'll need to have: Experience as a team-lead, corporate experience preferred Strong ability to communicate with all levels in organization Demonstrate a history of being a data driven/data responsible person experienced with understanding and articulating reporting Workday experience preferred but other ATS acceptable
