Job descriptionOur Dealership is currently taking applications to fill Service Adviser roles - we are lookingfor friendly, organized, qualified professionals to join our top-notch service department.Automotive Service Adviser / Writer Qualifications:• Timely with a strong work ethic• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency• Ability to skillfully handle customer interactions, projecting professionalism and ensuringeach customer feels valued and important• Strong communication skills• Attention to detailAutomotive Service Adviser Responsibilities:• Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI marks• Serve as communicator between customer and technician.
