This role requires independent work, accurate reporting, and consistent communication with our vendor management team.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Site InspectionsConduct on-site inspections and thoroughly evaluate reported maintenance issuesAccurately diagnose problems and determine proper repair solutionsProvide detailed material pricing and estimated labor hoursEnsure all inspections, assessments, and reports are complete, accurate, and reliableMaintain strong professional relationships with clients and tenantsFollow company procedures and vendor guidelines at all timesTechnical Services(Assigned based on certification and skill set)Handyman / General Maintenance:Drywall repair, doors, locks, trim, fixtures, minor carpentry, painting touch-upsPlumbing:Leak repairs, clogs, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, drain cleaningHVAC:Basic diagnostics, maintenance, and repair (as certified)Electrical:Outlets, switches, fixtures, minor electrical repairs (as certified and permitted)Professional Conduct & ComplianceMaintain punctuality and professionalism at all job sitesDemonstrate respectful, courteous behavior with tenants and clientsFollow all instructions from the vendor manager to ensure accuracy and efficiencyComply with all safety regulations and job-site requirementsUpload required photos, documentation, and job notes via smartphoneRequirements: Must provide valid certification(s) related to your trade (handyman / HVAC / plumbing / electrical).Tech must have their own tools.Ability to work independently without supervisionGeneral understanding of material pricing and labor estimationAbility to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelinesStrong communication skills and consistent contact with the vendor managerProfessional attitude, accountability, and reliabilityKnowledge of and compliance with all safety requirementsReliable transportation and own basic toolsSmartphone required for job updates and documentationPreferred QualificationsExperience working with property management or property maintenance companiesMulti-skilled technicians are strongly encouraged to applyAbout NestFix Maintenance CorpNestFix Maintenance Corp is a property repair and maintenance organization dedicated to delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality services to residential and commercial properties.
