DescriptionExciting Opportunity: Project Rental Assistance Waitlist Administrator- Part Time Location: Pennsylvania (statewide)- remoteYour Impact: The 811 (PRA) Waiting List Administrator serves as a support role to the 811 PRA Program Lead and will directly report to the 811 PRA Program Lead overseeing 811 PRA Administration. This role will include administrative duties, outreach, education, following the referral process to active units, weekly and monthly data collection and reporting. This position is designed to support the continued success of the 811 PRA Program as it fulfills the requirements to lease the contracted units. The duties of this role will shift as needed to reflect the evolving program needs and deliverables. This position is telework eligible and requires occasional overnight travel. Position requires operation of a vehicle.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person assigned to this position. All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability.What You'll Do: • Manage and monitor active referrals and units with consistent telephonic and electronic communications• Keep waiting list accurate by completing tasks to keep participant information updated• Maintain stakeholder communications throughout the referral process• Conduct proactive outreach to ensure robust waitlist• Provide reports at designated intervals • Provide ongoing support and training for stakeholders navigating housing and disability systems• Understand, utilize, and train on Prescreening, Assessment, Intake and Referral (PAIR) system• Establishes oneself as a credible and trustworthy keeper of confidential information, providing referrals to housing in accordance with waiting list protocol and procedures. • Must meet established authorized driver qualifications and requirements.What We're Looking For: • Minimum of 2 years housing program experience required; preferred experience with housing program administration• One to three years' experience in accessible housing, and/or low-income housing program management• Experience working with people with disabilities (highly preferred)• Experience in accessible housing/property management or related field• Valid driver's license without restriction and ability to successfully complete authorized driver qualifications and requirements• Strong program and project management skills Must possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to understand, interpret and uphold Inglis policies and core values of SDHPPay Rate for this Role: $26-30 / hourJoin Us: This is your chance to be a part of a team of dedicated staff (including individuals with disabilities).
