Role: Change Manager Duration: Long-term Support Level: Full-time Location: Remote (open to EST and PST hours) Skills: ServiceNow experience. Preferably implementation experience (OCM or other), but we could consider non-implementation working experience. OCM experience preferable Enterprise Application Adoption experience Project Management experience driving projects (not tracking status). Strong MS365 experience, including AI (Copilot and others). Strong Excel data visualization skills Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot tables, charts, and Boolean logic to parse data. Need to be familiar enough to use these, or to write an appropriate query to build the function in a Copilot/MyGPT application.
