Description Our client in Lawrenceville, PA is searching for a contract-to-hire HR Business Partner to play a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and leaders across designated business units. You will serve as a strategic advisor, trusted partner, and internal consultant-helping drive organizational priorities by maximining employee engagement, performance, and compliance. Hours: 40 hours a week, M-F 8-5 Pay: $30-33/hour. Free parking available and easily accessible by bus. Responsibilities Align business objectives with employees and management in assigned business units. Conduct regular meetings with leaders and staff to assess and address HR needs. Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Support workforce planning, restructuring, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions for employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Manage complex employee relations issues, including thorough investigations as needed. Advise management on disciplinary actions, coaching, and career development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and company policies. Organize and facilitate new hire onboarding and training initiatives. Contribute to organizational strategy as part of the management team. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience; experience as an HR Business Partner preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices. Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze HR data and implement solutions. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and benefit administration.
