Our mission is to financialize and democratize sports betting - transforming it from a closed, casino-controlled system into a two-sided, fair, efficient market where users have the power.Who you are and why this role will excite youLead operations for a high-volume, transaction-based platform, with ownership across payments, settlements, reconciliations, treasury, and financial operationsBring a strong foundation across finance, operations, and internal process design, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingOperate effectively in regulated and complex environments such as fintech, marketplaces, exchanges, or similar platformsDrive deep understanding and oversight of transaction flows, payments operations, customer funds handling, and reconciliation processesBuild and scale repeatable, efficient back-office and operational infrastructure to support rapid growth and increasing transaction volumeManage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning across products and marketsEstablish KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms to monitor operational performance, risk, and efficiencyImplement internal controls, operational risk management, and audit readinessPartner closely with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams on regulatory, AML/KYC, and payments-related requirementsServe as a strategic, hands-on leader and trusted cross-functional partner with clear executive- and board-level communicationWhy work here, in the words of the people who do"I work with extremely stellar people, I own real systems, and decisions happen fast.
