Project Manager

Role: Project Manager Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Role Responsibilities: Organize and lead regular team meetings, define clear agendas, and track action items to closure Drive internal project planning activities and support Scrum Masters with tracking, reporting, and delivery governance Represent the team in discussions with central project managers, providing status updates and managing RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Coordinate with Business Managers, PMO, and Chiefs of Staff on operational activities such as timesheet management (Navigator, Fieldglass) and hiring tracking Support leadership with resource planning and budget management Nice to have: Contribute to business and data analysis initiatives based on interest and capability Required Skills & Experience: Prior hands-on experience in technology project delivery (as a Developer or Business Analyst); candidates with purely non-technical PM backgrounds will not be considered Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Excellent presentation skills, both in creating impactful decks and verbal communication Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS Experience in Financial Crime domain, particularly AML
