This role is ideal for a strategic, performance-minded writer who understands how to balance brand storytelling with business results. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing copy that drives engagement, conversion, and customer connection across every touchpoint of the brand. This role requires a writer who is both analytical and creative - someone who respects brand voice and integrity while deeply understanding how to optimize messaging to drive CTR, conversion, and measurable performance.ResponsibilitiesWrite high-performing copy across email, SMS, organic and paid social, digital marketing, website, and retail channelsDevelop copy that drives engagement, click-through rate, and conversion while maintaining Frank & Eileen's distinctive brand voiceLead, mentor, and inspire another copywriter, ensuring high standards of creativity and performancePartner closely with marketing, creative, growth, and merchandising teams to support campaign launches and product storytellingOptimize messaging for performance marketing channels, including paid social and digital advertisingLead SEO-informed copywriting for site (including product descriptions) and content marketing initiativesAnalyze performance metrics and continuously refine copy to improve conversion and engagementTranslate campaign strategy into compelling, customer-focused messaging across all channelsContribute to the evolution and consistency of the Frank & Eileen brand voiceWrite retail-facing copy including in-store signage, storytelling, and brand messagingEnsure all copy aligns with the brand guidelines and delivers consistent messaging across all platformsWho You Are8-10 years of copywriting experience, with strong performance marketing exposure, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brandsProven experience writing copy that drives measurable results (CTR, conversion, engagement)Experience writing across email, SMS, paid and organic social, digital advertising, and websiteStrong understanding of SEO best practicesAbility to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven copyData-informed mindset with the ability to interpret performance insightsStrong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing and creative teamsExceptional attention to detail and editorial standardsFamiliarity with project management tools.
