Compliance Officer IV

Job Title: Sr. Compliance Officer Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension) Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15258 Onsite Role (4 days a week) Responsibilities: Experience translating contractual and regulatory requirements into operational controls Managing audit ready evidence, and partnering with business, legal, and risk teams to ensure sustained compliance without slowing deliver. Monitor and implement compliance with federal laws, regulations, and standards Draft, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and documentation to align with federal requirements. Contract Interpretation & Oversight Read and interpret contractual requirements, including: Service level obligations Data protection and confidentiality clauses Audit rights Regulatory flow downs Translate contract language into operational compliance requirements Flow Down & Third Party Compliance Ensure contractual obligations are flowed down to: Vendors, Subcontractors, Partners Monitor and evidence compliance with those obligations over time Evidence & Documentation: Build and maintain audit ready evidence supporting Contractual compliance, Regulatory requirements and Control execution Education/Experience: Must have 5-7 years of experience Bachelor's degree Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or security, particularly within government contracting or financial industry. Working on Federal Security and compliance (eg. NIST & FedRAMP)
