Transfer Press Operator IResponsibilities:Motivation, i.e., helping Soundwich succeed within Job Classification ResponsibilitiesProficient in the use of applicable ERP System (e.g., PLEX) functions with respect to Job Classification ResponsibilitiesAutomatic Press Operator competencyEfficiently Set Up, Operate and Troubleshoot Presses (i.e., Automatic, Transfer, Manual) with some Programming (i.e., limited to pre-defined Transfer Recipes, Press Feed Equipment and Controls)Effectively perform Quality Verifications with indicated Inspection Devices, including Visual Inspections (Master Competency Matrix, PLEX Control Plans (Checksheets)Maintain Hourly Rates set forth by ManagementAuthorized Powered Industrial Truck OperatorAuthorized Crane OperatorCatch, Package, Sort, Rework PartsUnderstand and follow all Company Procedures pertaining to assigned tasks, and the potential consequences of departure from these ProceduresKnowledge of the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, all Company Policies, and the importance of conformance to Soundwich and Customer requirementsKnowledge of the effects that nonconforming products have on our CustomersKnowledge of the Environmental Policy, Environmental Objectives, all Safety Polices, and the importance of conformance to Soundwich and Regulatory requirementsAware of the Quality impacts of their work activities, their roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance within the Quality System and the benefits of improved personal performanceAware of the Environmental and Safety impacts of their work activities, their roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance within the Environmental and Safety System and the benefits of improved personal performanceAware of how to submit Quality, Safety, Environmental and Business-related questions or suggestions, and how initiate continual improvements Other tasks deemed by Soundwich Management to be in the best interest of Soundwich and our CustomersRequirements:Proficient Automatic Operator competencyAbility to lift up to 30 poundsStand for lengthy periods of timeExcellent attendanceBasic computer skillsPowered Industrial Truck Operation - will train as neededAuthorized Crane Operation - will train as neededValid Driver's License Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
