Role: NOC Engineer Location: Columbus, OH ContractThe Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting an organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. The role involves real-time monitoring of network systems, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve outages and service disruptions.Key Responsibilities: Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and applications using monitoring tools. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network alerts, incidents, and outages. Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams. Maintain system uptime and ensure SLA compliance. Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures. Coordinate with network, security, and system teams for issue resolution.
