Regional Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 + BonusWe're partnering with a nationally recognized industrial infrastructure services organization seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner.This role serves as the senior People & Culture leader within a large, operationally complex region and acts as a trusted advisor to regional executive leadership.Operating within a matrixed structure, this position reports directly to the Vice President of People & Culture with a dotted line to the Regional President. The HRBP will align enterprise people strategy with regional execution, providing full scope HR leadership across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.This opportunity is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in fast paced, field driven environments and brings strong judgment, practical problem solving, and a hands on partnership mindset.You'll DoRegional HR LeadershipServe as the primary People & Culture partner for a multi site Southwest regionAct as a trusted advisor to the Regional President and leadership team on workforce strategy and organizational effectivenessAlign regional people initiatives with enterprise level People & Culture prioritiesEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the regionProvide timely, well documented, and consistent guidance on performance management, corrective action, and disciplinary processesConduct workplace investigations as needed and partner with enterprise HR leadership on resolution and risk mitigationAdvise leaders on involuntary terminations and sensitive employment mattersTalent & Workforce OperationsPartner with regional leadership and corporate talent acquisition to support hiring and workforce planningOversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, transfers, job changes, and terminationsEnsure consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences across the regionSupport workforce planning aligned with regional growth and operational demandsCompliance & Policy ExecutionEnsure all regional HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment lawsApply company policies consistently while balancing business needs and employee experienceMaintain accurate and timely HR documentation within HRIS systemsSupport enterprise People & Culture initiatives and special projectsOperational EnvironmentOperate effectively in a fast paced, industrial services environment supporting field and office teamsTravel up to 25 percent depending on business needs, with an average closer to 10 percentParticipate in site visits as required, adhering to all applicable safety regulations and PPE requirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience3 to 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a multi site or regional organizationStrong employee relations expertise with sound judgment and discretionExperience supporting field based or operational workforcesAbility to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous, high growth environmentStrong communication and executive presenceExperience with HRIS platforms and workforce data systems preferredBilingual English and Spanish preferredWhy This Role Stands OutDirect partnership with regional executive leadershipHigh visibility within both regional and enterprise People & Culture functionsOpportunity to support workforce strategy across complex industrial and infrastructure projectsExposure to a nationally scaled platform with strong operational growthCompetitive compensation and benefits packageWorkspire InsightAt Workspire, we partner exclusively with organizations that value experienced leadership, operational discipline, and long term investment in talent.
