Our primary markets include industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living construction.Job SummaryThis Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repair work on existing commercial properties and commercial construction projects. This person will gain experience, technical expertise, communication skills, and confidence, while serving as a valued contributor to the Service Department team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance of various tasks including roofing, carpentry, and general labor. Required tasks may include but are not limited to:Roof repairsFlashing installationConcrete repairsHand excavationsWood blocking installationInstallation of hollow metal door frames, doors, and hardwareToilet Partition installationOperating hand tools such as drills, quickie saws, screw guns, nail guns, circular saws, etc.Supervision and management of subcontractor maintenance activitiesBasic scheduling and other light administrative duties Landmark Builders is an EEO employer.Landmark Builders offers competitive salaries and benefits packages.
