All About the Role:As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in developing accurate demand forecasts that drive business performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. You'll leverage historical data, market trends, and customer insights to create forward-looking plans that optimize inventory and service levels. Success in this role depends on being proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a 24-month aggregated demand plan at SKU and channel levelsLead the demand planning process, ensuring promotions and new initiatives are captured in forecastsCollaborate with customers and internal teams to manage inventory and communicate risks and opportunitiesFacilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align on consensus forecastsIncorporate market trends and customer insights into demand planning analysisPerform root cause analysis to reduce forecast errors and improve accuracyPublish monthly channel forecasts and demand plan metrics to stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree2 years of experience in supply chain or demand/inventory planningStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting toolsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentBenefits highlights:Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and servicesFamily-friendly benefitsInsurance policy planExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career pathPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Find more on: Electrolux Group North America: Electrolux Group Careers: Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
