Performs inspections and quality control reviews on RK Service work to ensure compliance, performance, and reliability.Role Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, boilers, chillers, AHUs, VAVs, and exhaust systemsDiagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in large-scale commercial equipmentConduct scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure reliability, efficiency, and code complianceTroubleshoot building automation systems (BAS), controls, and sensorsRead and interpret commercial blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematicsPerform detailed system inspections and identify deficiencies or potential failuresComplete quality control inspections on completed service work to ensure company standards are metRespond to emergency service calls and minimize downtime for commercial clientsAccurately document service activities, findings, and repair recommendationsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local mechanical codesCommunicate technical information clearly with facility managers, engineers, and project teamsQualificationsIndirect Supervision.Hold and retain relevant H/CFC universal licenseExperience with RTU's, Boilers, MAU's, AHU's, Fans, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VAV/FPB's.
