**Description:** You will be the Design Engineer for the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions /(AMMM/) organization which is responsible for ... **What You Will Be Doing** As the Design Engineer you will be responsible for translating engineering drawings and models into accurate, release‑ready data that supports the AMMM program's schedule and quality goals/. CITIZEN /- This position is located at a facility that requires special access/. ss/. **Basic Qualifications:** /- Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical or Aeronautical; equivalent experience considered /- Prior experience with drawing and model checking, design, and engineering change process /- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing /(GD&T/) and ASME **Desired Skills:** /- Experience with CATIA /- Familiarity with AMMM /(C130, C5, P3/) aircraft /- Experience with AMMM engineering toolsets and processes /- PhotoShop experience /- Very detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills /- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast/-paced team environment /- Proficient with Microsoft Office **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration/. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
