Job SummaryThe Account Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts, and developing new relationships with potential accounts.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesServices and maintains positive relationships with the current customer baseResolves customer problems on a timely basisIdentifies customer's needs and presents solutions by recommending potential product enhancements or modificationsGenerates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customersMonitors sales market in assigned regionPrepares various reports as requiredPerforms other duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum high school diploma; preferred bachelor's degreeMinimum of one to three years of experience in the field or related area.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applicationsPreferred manufacturing background, but not requiredPreferred experience and knowledge of UFP's organization, culture, and product linesThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
