Recruiting contact Contact us directly if you have any questions about this open job position Contact us Your skills 12 months of IT experience (or equivalent)Familiarity with printer repair (fusers, rollers, print quality issues) and POS peripherals (scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers)Driving licenceThis role is a non-exempt salary position with a targeted salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 USD.Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, connectivity, ports)Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.Excellent time management skillExperience with HPI and Lenovo hardware environmentsYour tasks The Field Service Technician is a responsible role based on extensive expert knowledge and experience in direct customer service which is the core of our business. They carry out work for various customers by directly visiting their sites or being permanently assigned to a specific customer at their site and providing relevant technical assistance. They ensure that the delivery of services is in accordance with SLAs and project requirements, that no over-delivery is done and work is logged in appropriate systems.Perform onsite break-fix support for HPI, Lenovo (LNV), Printers, and RPOS equipmentDiagnose hardware issues and complete FRU/CRU part replacements (motherboards, RAM, SSDs, print components, POS peripherals)Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, printers, and endpoint devicesConduct basic network connectivity checks (LAN, ports, device communication)Follow OEM procedures and coordinate with remote support teams (HPE, Lenovo, etc.)Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
