The ideal candidate brings strong MEP knowledge, a high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with invited subcontractors via phone and email to ensure timely submission of bids.Carefully qualify subcontractor bids, ensuring full scope coverage and alignment with project requirements.Input and manage data within bid forms; develop detailed qualifications and assemble complete bid packages.Maintain internal organization and assist with tracking RFPs, bids, and relevant documentation.Collaborate closely with the Senior Estimator and Director of Preconstruction to support project pursuits and deliver accurate cost assessments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
