The Raleigh office continues to bring in complex, large-scale projects, making it an opportune time to join and have a stake in leadership & future growth.Job DescriptionLead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveryServe as the primary client and stakeholder point of contactProvide leadership and direction to Project Managers, APMs, and project teamsSupport estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering effortsParticipate in subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract negotiationsEstablish execution plans, logistics strategies, and baseline schedulesMaintain full responsibility for project financial performanceTrack budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and profitabilityReview and approve pay applications, change orders, and cost reportsDevelop and manage master project schedulesCoordinate sequencing with superintendents and trade partnersIdentify schedule risks and implement recovery plans as neededProcure, manage, and evaluate subcontractors and vendorsEnsure compliance with contract scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirementsResolve performance issues and drive accountabilityEnsure work complies with contract documents and quality standardsSupport and enforce company safety programs and OSHA complianceAddress quality or safety issues promptly and effectivelyIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage owner and subcontractor change processesEnsure proper documentation and contractual complianceLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersProvide regular status updates on cost, schedule, and riskMaintain accurate and complete project documentationOversee punch list completion, commissioning, and turnoverEnsure timely closeout documentation and warranty deliveryDrive client satisfaction and support repeat business opportunitiesMentor and develop junior project staffSupport hiring, training, and performance developmentContribute to continuous improvement and company best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
