Our dedicated support teams in operations, IT, purchasing, design, and marketing are committed to helping our franchisees succeed.What We're Looking For:The FAT Brands Digital Marketing Team is seeking a highly adaptable, analytical, and performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to support campaign performance analysis, online ordering growth, and digital marketing programs across our portfolio of brands. This multi-functional role will report to the VP of Marketing Revenue Channels and collaborate across the broader digital marketing team to support program launches and optimizations, deliver actionable insights, channel-level performance reports, and ongoing support for CRM, loyalty, and online ordering.Primary Responsibilities:Support digital initiatives, including new feature launches, vendor platform transitions, and brand-specific growth initiativesCollaborate with brand marketing teams to improve online ordering sales through menu optimization, upsell strategies, and digital experience enhancementsManage campaign and channel performance reporting - including dashboards, weekly summaries, and post-campaign recaps - to support decision-making across brandsAnalyze digital channel performance across email, SMS, loyalty, and online ordering; identify trends, opportunities, and gaps to improve revenue and guest engagementAssist with store listings management by coordinating updates, audits, and accuracy checks across digital platformsProvide franchisees with digital marketing guidance, including platform troubleshooting, education on best practices, and onboarding coordinationMonitor digital KPIs by brand (e.g., AOV, conversion rate, offer redemption, frequency), flag performance concerns, and prepare insights for internal stakeholdersStay up to date with evolving trends in restaurant digital marketing, loyalty, email/SMS engagement, and performance analyticsRequired Education & Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing, CRM, or analytics experience in a restaurant, retail, or multi-brand environmentBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferredStrong analytical mindset with experience working in dashboards, campaign recaps, or marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Punchh, Olo, Attentive)Comfortable interpreting data and delivering clear, actionable insights across multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with digital platforms like Olo, CRM/loyalty tools, and performance KPIsExcellent project coordination, communication, and time management skillsProactive problem-solver who can juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and support a fastpaced marketing environmentExperience supporting franchisees is a plusThis is a full-time remote positionFAT Brands is proud to offer a dynamic and exciting work environment with potential for growth.
