User Experience (UX) Designer

Description Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a UX Designer in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The UX Designer help shape the development and design of a custom web-based application. They will play a key hands-on and advisory role in translating business workflows and operational needs into an intuitive user experience. Key Responsibilities: + Design user interfaces and workflows for a web platform + Translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes + Establish consistent navigation, layout, and visual patterns + Review and improve existing internal pages for usability + Create customer-facing pages and prep for user testing + Develop platform visual identity and design system + Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders + Present and explain design concepts and decisions Requirements + 4+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design + Strong expertise in designing complex workflows, systems, or operational tools + Proficiency in user experience, visual hierarchy, typography, and color systems + Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud + Demonstrated ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, and present design solutions + Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills + Portfolio of relevant UX/product design samples + Experience working in a Google Workspace environment + Familiarity with Microsoft Blazor a big plus + Knowledge of DevExpress Components a plus Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
