Join the Meadowood team and experience the pride and teamwork of working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in a truly beautiful setting.The Food & Beverage Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of Food & Beverage, Managers, and Chefs while also serving as an on-floor hospitality presence within the restaurant.This is a hybrid position: approximately three days per week dedicated to coordination and administrative functions, and two days per week supporting restaurant operations as a host and guest services liaison.This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who thrives both behind the scenes and in direct guest-facing service within a refined luxury environment.Who You AreYou take pride in organization and precision - details matter deeply to you.You anticipate needs before being asked.You are service-driven and understand the rhythm of a luxury restaurant and resort environment.You communicate with warmth, confidence, and discretion.You are calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.You enjoy being the operational backbone of a team.You understand confidentiality and professionalism.You bring a high level of polish - in presentation, writing, and demeanor.You embody Meadowood's culture of excellence, hospitality, and integrity.QualificationsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPeopleFoster positive, collaborative relationships with departments interacting with Food & Beverage.Model professionalism and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and sound judgment.Take accountability for actions and proactively pursue continuous improvement.Exhibit high energy and initiative.Serve as a role model for Meadowood's mission, vision, and core service standards.Product & ServiceProvide administrative support to the Director of F&B, Managers, and Chefs.Record and distribute F&B meeting minutes.Liaison with Purchasing to follow up on pending items.Create one-page "Run of Show" summaries with cost breakdowns for special events.Respond to telephone and email inquiries within 24 hours.Handle special client requests professionally and discreetly.Ensure requested written materials are sent within 24 hours.Maintain and update guest profiles in OpenTable, including dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, and special occasions.Coordinate menu deadlines, editing, revisions, and printing.Manage menu revision workflow from Chef submission through final approval and printing.Maintain menu par levels for operational needs.Update wine lists and maintain accurate shared drive documentation.Assist with allergy matrices and menu descriptions.Order office, restaurant, kitchen, and uniform supplies as directed.Assist with spreadsheets and inventory data entry.Coordinate holiday reservations and confirm guest menu selections.Redirect emails appropriately when out of office.Accept additional assignments from Management as needed.Education & ExperienceAA or BA degree preferred1-2 years of experience in office administration and/or Food & Beverage preferredLanguage & Communication SkillsFluent in English (written and verbal)Ability to draft professional correspondence and reportsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to respond effectively to managers, guests, and team membersMathematical SkillsBasic math proficiencyAbility to calculate percentages and assist with cost breakdownsTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with OpenTable preferredFamiliarity with shared drive systems and inventory platforms preferredPhysical DemandsAbility to alternate between standing, walking, and sittingFrequent typing and computer useOccasional lifting up to 15 lbs.Ability to navigate stairsContinuous communication in person and by phoneVisual acuity for reviewing reports and menusWork EnvironmentShared open office environmentModerate noise levelOccasional presence in restaurant or kitchen areasAdditional InformationCompensation$27.00 - $30.00 per hour + tipsFinal rate will depend on experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other job-related qualifications.This position is eligible for service charge distributions and gratuities in accordance with company policy. Total compensation varies and is not guaranteed.
