Demand Planner

Responsibilities Must be able to work Monday through Thursday at our Rosemont office. Friday's remote Position Responsibilities: * Develop demand forecasts and operational forecasts for different time horizons within the supply chain, while reviewing historical sales trends and researching demand drivers to understand the forecast drivers * Utilize a collaborative approach by working with sales and marketing to obtain current and accurate information while using demand planning software as the primary forecast tool * Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies for new products and closely coordinate communication with customer action plans within the warehouse * Maintain best-in-class forecast accuracy levels and out-of-stock levels within the logistics process, while eliminating breakage, damage, and loss due to product age * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/ General Education Degree (GED) and 8 plus years specific experience Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
