We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure the timely payment of company expenses and liabilities. You'll be working with like-minded peers to continually look for ways to refine and improve our processes. I represent the ModBrand with pride.What you'll do: Retrieve, code and process a high volume of invoices. Maintain, and utilize invoice retrieval system. Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions. Research and resolve issues and exceptions. Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures. Assist with end-of-month close. Other related duties as assigned.What you'll need: Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor. 2+ years A/P work experience preferred. Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software. Experience with relevant software such as preferred. Proficient in data entry and management. Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication.
