Their hands-on approach and long-standing commitment to service have made them a trusted partner for building smart, high-quality projects across their primary marketsJob DescriptionLead all phases of municipal K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and municipal stakeholders to maintain aligned expectations and seamless communication.Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and predictability.Oversee project schedules, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines.Ensure compliance with all public-sector requirements, including safety regulations, building codes, and district policies.Foster strong relationships with school officials, inspectors, community members, and vendor partners.Maintain thorough project documentation and drive a smooth, efficient project closeout process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
