This role offers an innovative work environment where you'll lead the design, development, and integration of robust firmware solutions for next-generation products. You'll work with embedded systems, C++, and Yocto Linux to drive technical innovation and ensure top performance and security throughout the product lifecycle. What You'll Do Design and implement firmware for complex, integrated systems. Write, review, and document high-quality C++ code. Enhance Embedded Linux (Yocto Linux) platform to meet evolving requirements. Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation from design through deployment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on firmware development experience, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive sectors. Strong expertise in C/C++ with proficiency in multi-threading, multi-process programming, object-oriented design, and microcontroller development. Experience with embedded Linux systems (Yocto Linux preferred) and wireless protocols (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). Hands-on proficiency with hardware interfaces such as CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C. Familiarity with full-stack development concepts in embedded IoT systems, including backend services, APIs, cloud integration (Azure preferred), and UI for embedded applications.
