Job DescriptionClient Summary:Provides chronic care management and remote patient monitoring to help people stay healthier at home.Blends human support with technology and AI insights for proactive, personalized care.Partners with healthcare providers to close care gaps, reduce readmissions, and improve outcomes.Focuses on high-risk and Medicare populations with conditions like diabetes, heart failure, and COPD.Values patient experience, teamwork, and innovation while scaling nationwide services.Position Responsibilities:Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, closing, account management)Develop and execute outbound and referral-based lead generation strategiesBuild and manage relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry partnersOversee or directly manage marketing content, conference/event presence, and referral programsCreate and optimize sales playbooks, reporting, and CRM workflowsCollaborate with CEO and product/clinical teams on go-to-market and product-market fitPrepare for scale by hiring and mentoring additional commercial team members as growth milestones are hitExperience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:5+ years of sales leadership in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare servicesProven track record of B2B sales to healthcare providers, payers, or risk-bearing entitiesExperience building and scaling sales processes in early-stage, high-growth environmentsDeep network in target customer segments (senior care, value-based care, FQHCs, etc.)Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsData-driven, with experience in CRM management and KPI trackingAbility to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, cross-functional teamStartup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and results-orientedCompensation $120kHealth insurance Retirement plan Unlimited time off Remote/flexible work environment
