Landscaper

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated landscaper to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and enhancing landscape features on commercial properties. Responsibilities include lawn care, planting, trimming, maintaining irrigation systems, and operating landscaping equipment to ensure the properties remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.Key ResponsibilitiesMow lawns, edge sidewalks, and trim hedges and treesPlant flowers, shrubs, grass, and trees according to landscape plansApply fertilizers, mulch, and pest control treatmentsRemove weeds, leaves, debris, and litter from landscaped areasInstall and maintain irrigation and sprinkler systemsOperate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cuttersPerform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and planting seasonal flowersMaintain landscape beds and ensure proper soil healthFollow safety procedures while using equipment and chemicalsReport damaged plants, irrigation issues, or hazards to supervisorsSkills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant careAbility to operate landscaping tools and machineryPhysical stamina to lift, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamAttention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive propertiesEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred (not always required)Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plusValid driver’s license may be required for some positionsWork EnvironmentPrimarily outdoors at commercial sites such as office parks, retail centers, schools, hospitals, and residential complexesMay involve early morning hours, long periods of standing, and exposure to weather conditionsIf you are interested in this position, please visit our office @ 5041 Dallas Hwy Suite 404Powder Springs, GA 30127#Jazz1Powered by JazzHR
