Teachers will create a healthy, nurturing classroom environment where students can flourish spiritually, intellectually, and relationally.Qualifications and Preferences:Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)Three to five years of teaching Geometry preferredExperience working with Middle School studentsChristian maturity that demonstrates a desire and capacity to create a healthy classroom environmentAdditional Skills and Expertise:Ability to align curriculum with Lower and Upper SchoolStrong understanding of pedagogical skills and objectives in a classical, Christian modelAbility to interact with students, parents, faculty, and administrators with compassion, integrity, and professionalismExperience integrating curricular education with biblical spiritual formation and discipleshipHigh level of self-awareness, communication skills, and emotional composureFaith Alignment: All Regents staff and volunteers must subscribe to our Purpose, Mission, Philosophy, Objectives, and Doctrinal Statement (Article II).
