Job DescriptionJob Description:We are hiring a skilled Pipe Welder experienced in working with stainless and carbon steel piping, primarily Schedule 10. The position involves fabrication and installation in an industrial setting, requiring precision welding and attention to quality standards.TESTING WILL BE DONE IN INDIANAPOLIS, WORK WILL BE IN MICHIGAN.$160/DAY PER DIEMResponsibilities:Weld stainless and carbon steel piping (Schedule 10) using TIG and MIG processesPerform fit-up, tack, and final welds according to blueprints and weld proceduresInspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with project specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and P&IDsCollaborate with pipefitters and supervisors to ensure accurate installationFollow all company and OSHA safety standards on the job siteRequirements:Journeyman-level experience as a pipe welder (minimum 4 years preferred)Proficient in TIG welding stainless and carbon steel, thin wall and heavy wallAbility to pass weld tests (visual and x-ray if required)Strong blueprint reading and layout skillsOSHA 10 certification preferredReliable transportation and ability to work overtime when neededMeet Your RecruiterLucas LeckroneProject ManagerLucas Leckrone Project ManagerO: 309-306-0776 C: 309-337-3139Lucas@ 309-306-0776 Lucas@ Connect on LinkedIn
