Automation QA Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Engage stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements. * Should have experience in with Multiple business process and Applications * Should have experience in on the End to end of the application flows and processes. * Should have experience in Developing test plans, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshooting defects. * Should have experience in QA Processes and methodologies * Should have an experience in working as QA in multiple applications * Should have an experience in creating manual Test plans and test cases * Should have an experience in creating Automation Test cases using Selenium or other Automation tools * Should have an experience in executing Automation Test cases using Selenium or other Automation tools * Experience in maintain the Automation framework and test cases * Should have experience in System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression testing and UAT * Having an experience and understanding in Automation testing using Selenium or other tools. * Good Experience in understanding the Microservice Design and workflows of the applications. * Translate business needs into development-ready features, including detailed user stories and system specifications. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies, define business rules, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. * Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. * Conduct impact analysis and gap assessments to inform solution design and delivery. * Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance product value. Roles & responsibilities * Based on the Business and development requirements, they should write JIRA Stories * Proven ability to lead product planning and strategy sessions. * Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering expertise. * Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, calculate cost-benefit ratios, and support strategic recommendations. * Creating technical reports, user manuals, and process documents. * Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user/system stories. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively across Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and Business teams. * S hould have an experience in working as QA in multiple applications * Should have an experience in creating manual Test plans and test cases * Should have an experience in creating Automation Test cases using Selenium or other Automation tools * Should have an experience in executing Automation Test cases using Selenium or other Automation tools * Experience in maintain the Automation framework and test cases Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year
