ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do Transport guests to and from designated locations such as the airport while providing friendly and professional service.Assist guests with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options.Ensure prompt pickup and drop-off times while maintaining safe driving practices.Maintain accurate vehicle mileage logs and complete pre-shift vehicle inspections.Keep the transportation vehicle clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.Respond promptly to radio calls and guest requests.Follow all safety standards, traffic laws, and emergency procedures.Report accidents, maintenance concerns, or suspicious activity immediately to management.Assist with guest service tasks such as cleaning lounge areas, stocking supplies, or other duties as needed.Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information and follow all company policies.
